Joj Agpangan just got honest about the less glamorous parts of pregnancy. In a raw and relatable Instagram post, the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate shared how she has been dealing with the overwhelming tiredness that comes with her first trimester.

"I went from 'active girly' to professional napper, and at first, the mental battle was real," she wrote. She explained that she felt a sense of loss over her usual, high-energy self.

"I’m learning that my worth isn’t measured by my productivity, but by the life I’m nurturing," Joj reflected.

She ended her post with an inspiring message for other expectant mothers who might feel "behind" or exhausted. She reminded them that they are "building a soul" and encouraged them to give themselves the grace to just be. For Joj, the process is all about trusting that her body knows exactly what it is doing.
