Meryll proudly showcased a video of her father behind the wheel of one of the blue mini-buses.

"Sa biyahe ng buhay, kami ay inyong kaagapay!" she began. According to Meryl, that the goal of the project is to give people a ride without them having to worry about the cost. "Libre. Walang bayad. Ngiti niyo lang, sapat na!"

Willie didn't just fund the project but he also made sure he was involved in every step. In the video, he was seen driving through the streets to test the units.

"First day ng ating road test," Willie said while navigating the bus. "Gusto ko kasi ma-feel ko ano ang nararamdaman ng mga driver." He also expressed his gratitude to the LTFRB and MMDA for their guidance and support in making the project legal and safe.

The sight of the "Wilyonaryo" buses on the road brought immediate smiles to others. Many were seen waving and taking photos as Kuya Wil passed by.

The project is also a collaborative effort between Willie and his close friends, aimed at easing the daily burden of workers and students. With ten units already prepared to start their routes, the 'libreng Sakay' initiative has delighted many online.

Willie Revillame, often called "Kuya Wil" by millions of fans nationwide, has been a staple of Philippine television for decades. Starting as a drummer and sidekick, he eventually became the face of massive game shows like Wowowee and Wowowin. Throughout his career, he has been known for his generosity toward the poor, often giving away cash and prizes to those in need. While his foray into politics was a new chapter, his primary identity remains that of a public servant through entertainment.
