Sofia Andres surprised fans after revealing that her Instagram account was unexpectedly disabled, raising concerns among her followers.

The ABS-CBN actress shared the update through a post on TikTok, where she uploaded a screenshot showing a notice about her account under the handle “iamsofiaandres.”

The notice indicated that the account had been disabled due to alleged violations of community standards. It also stated that the profile could no longer be accessed, viewed, or recovered, and that all associated data might eventually be permanently deleted.

According to the message, the decision was final and no further review could be requested.

Despite the alarming notice, Andres reassured her followers that the situation might be temporary.

“My Instagram account is currently under review—looks like a system issue affecting multiple accounts,” she wrote. “Already being fixed.”

She also thanked supporters for their understanding.

“Thank you for the support,” she added.

Her explanation led to a wave of reactions in the comments section. Several followers shared that they experienced similar issues, saying their accounts had also been flagged or suddenly disabled without clear explanations.

The shared experiences fueled speculation that the problem might be linked to a broader technical glitch on the platform.
