Eman Bacosa Pacquiao received encouragement from the hosts of It’s Showtime as he begins exploring a new path in acting, following his recent appearance on the noontime variety program.

The 21-year-old boxer visited the show and joined the segment “Laro Laro Pick,” where he teamed up with Madlang Players from San Jose, Navotas. Before the game began, the hosts shared lighthearted moments with Pacquiao, who also showcased his dance moves by performing the popular “Choopeta” routine.

During the interaction, the hosts asked about his transition into acting.

"Masaya po at saka, nakakakaba po," Pacquiao shared.

He described his experience entering the field.

Vhong Navarro later asked if acting felt difficult.

"Meron ding madali minsan, meron ding pong mahirap pero masaya rin po," Pacquiao replied.

Following the exchange, the hosts offered words of encouragement as Pacquiao prepares for his first acting project.

"Good luck sa'yo, good luck sa iyong acting career. Kayang-kaya mo 'yan. Kinaya mo nga ang boxing e, acting pa. Kayang-kaya 'yan," said Jhong Hilario.

Jackie Gonzaga also congratulated the young athlete.

"Congrats, Eman," she said.

Pacquiao, who is currently part of Sparkle GMA Artist Center, is set to appear in the upcoming GMA Prime action-drama series Never Say Die. The project marks his first venture into acting, signaling a new chapter beyond the boxing ring.

His guesting on It’s Showtime highlighted both his playful side and his openness about the challenges of stepping into a different industry.
