During the interview, Rico Hizon asked Kylie Verzosa about something she hadn't shared on her own podcast yet. Kylie took the opportunity to talk about her upbringing, noting that public perception doesn't always match reality.

"I guess people think I come from this perfect family, but it's not. We also struggled as a kid or as a family. So maybe that."

When the conversation turned to her podcasting journey, Kylie shared her desire to have raw, honest conversations with the people closest to her. She also expressed admiration for Filipinos who are making a mark on the international stage.

Kylie, a staunch mental health advocate, also spoke about the importance of using one's voice. She believes that staying silent only hinders growth and that vulnerability is actually a form of power.

"There is no reason to stay silent if you are going through something and that there is always beauty in the not knowing, and there is strength in being soft."

To close the session, Kylie left an empowering note for women everywhere, reminding them that while the path to success isn't easy, it is always possible with the right mindset and support system.

"It's not always going to be easy, but there are people around you who love you and support you... kayang-kaya mong i-achieve yung goal na yun as long as you're focused."

Kylie Verzosa is a Filipina actress, model, and beauty queen best known for winning the Miss International 2016 title. Before entering pageantry, she worked as a preschool teacher and was affiliated with the Professional Models Association of the Philippines. After her international pageant victory, Kylie expanded her advocacy work, particularly promoting mental health awareness. She later transitioned into acting, appearing in projects such as the 2021 thriller The Housemaid, a Filipino adaptation of the Korean film. Outside show business, she also launched her own brand called SOLA.

The former Miss International spoke about her cosmetic procedures on her Almost Honest podcast. She confirmed she had botox, fillers, and minor treatments but denied having a nose job. Doctor Aivee Aguilar-Teo also said Kylie’s nose shape is natural and suggested weight loss changed her look.

Meanwhile, Kylie Verzosa celebrated her birthday on February 7 with a heartfelt social media post reflecting on her relationship with entrepreneur Emil Eriksen, to whom she has been engaged for six months. The post featured a carousel of photos and clips, including close-up shots of her engagement ring, solo shots, and tender moments with Emil, giving fans a personal look at their life together. In the caption, Kylie reflected on the growth, support, and steady love she has experienced with Emil over the past three years as well.
