Before facing the intense scenes of their upcoming horror film, Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay are setting aside time for rest and reflection. The Kapuso stars shared their Holy Week plans during a recent interview with 24 Oras.

Sofia is excited to finally take her long-dreamed-of trip to Korea, coinciding with her birthday.

"Ako actually, Holy Week and birthday plans ko na rin since magkadikit lang. Mag-Korea talaga," she says.

She revealed that the idea for this vacation has been with her since joining Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0.

"Parang second week ko pa lang ata sa Bahay ni Kuya, goal ko na talaga na gusto kong mag-Korea for vacation."

Meanwhile, Allen is preparing a more reflective journey with family.

"Ang trip ko naman ngayon is mag-drive pa-Bicol. Syempre, celebrate with the family," he shares.

Emphasizing the importance of reconnecting with loved ones.

The upcoming break serves as a moment for both stars to recharge before the premiere of Huwag Kang Titingin. Allen admits the film requires a new level of focus.

"Kailangan ko talaga magseryoso at i-push. Ayun nga medyo naninibago ako kasi iba talaga 'yung movie nga... 'Yung mga eksena sa movie iba talaga kailangan perfect, magawa ng maayos, unlike sa mga serye."

For Sofia, being part of a Pinoy horror film is a childhood dream realized.

"Actually noong nanonood nga po ako ng trailer, parang sobrang nakaka-proud. Kasi pangarap ko lang 'yun noong bata ako na makapaggawa ng horror na Pinoy film," she says.

"Tapos ito na. Nandiyan na 'yung trailer, ipapalabas na siya in cinemas. Kaya I'm really praying na panoorin siya ng mga tao kasi pinaghirapan talaga namin siyang lahat."

Huwag Kang Titingin, directed by Frasco Mortiz and written by Ays de Guzman, features a strong ensemble cast including Marco Masa, Charlie Fleming, Michael Sager, Kira Balinger, Josh Ford, Sean Lucas, Anthony Constantino, and special participation by Shuvee Etrata. The film hits cinemas starting April 15.

Sofia Pablo, born April 10, 2006, is a rising Kapuso teen star and endorser who began her career in 2017 with the series Tadhana. She gained widespread recognition for her roles as “Len-Len” in Prima Donnas and “Florence” in Luv Is: Caught in His Arms.

Allen Ansay is a talented Filipino actor, singer, and model who rose to prominence as the First Prince of StarStruck Season 7 in 2019. Born in Sagñay, Camarines Sur, he has since become a household name as one of GMA Network’s premier Sparkle artists.
