Celebrity couple Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano have offered fans a first look at their newly completed residence, Casa Manzano, while explaining why they are preparing to relocate back to Metro Manila after years of living in Lipa, Batangas.

In Jessy’s latest YouTube vlog, the couple revealed that they technically own two houses.
“Dalawa technically ang bahay namin–– isa sa Lipa at isa sa lilipatan namin. ‘Yung isa kasi is ‘pagka nasa ABS-CBN kami, at kumbaga ‘yun din na-construct din namin,” Luis explained.
Although the family has grown comfortable in Batangas, Jessy acknowledged that returning to the metro is a more practical setup considering their work in the entertainment industry.

She admitted she is happy with their life in Lipa, where their daughter Rosie has been raised, but emphasized the need for accessibility to work commitments.
Initially, the pair intended to lease out Casa Manzano. However, their plans changed midway through construction.
“Sabi ko, sure ka na ba gusto mong lumipat sa north ulit?” Jessy recalled.
She then shared how their perspective shifted after seeing the finished property.
“Nung natapos na ‘yung bahay namin sa north, nung nakita na naming dalawa, sabi ko ang ganda nung bahay–– ang ganda nung kinalabasan,” she said.
The vlog featured partial views of the living area, dining hall, and primary bedroom, with a full house tour promised in future uploads.
Jessy underscored that the move is primarily for their daughter’s stability.
“We want Rosie to have that sense of forever home na,” she expressed.
As they transition to Casa Manzano, the couple assured viewers that more updates will follow in the coming weeks.
