In a revealing interview on Ogie Diaz's YouTube channel, Matteo Guidicelli opened up about the boundaries he has set for his career and the private conversations he and his wife, Sarah Geronimo, have about expanding their family.

When asked by Ogie if his decision to avoid having a leading lady was due to Sarah being the "jealous type," Matteo was quick to clarify that the move was entirely his own choice.

"Hindi naman, hindi naman, ako lang yan," he shared. He explained that his priority is the emotional well-being of his wife, stating, "I want my wife to feel secure all the time and to be happy all the time. Kumbaga, desisyon ko lang yun."

The conversation then shifted to the topic that many fans have been curious about: when the couple plans to have a baby. Ogie mentioned that even Matteo's father seems to be looking forward to a grandchild.

Matteo admitted that while their families do drop hints, he is careful not to let that turn into stress for Sarah. "Syempre humihirit sila. Oo naman, but I don't wanna pressure Sarah," he told Ogie.

The actor showed deep empathy for the unique pressure women face when it comes to starting a family. He noted that while men might feel a certain level of expectation, it is much more intense for females.

He concluded by saying that they are content with waiting for the right moment, adding, "Again, at the end of the day, in God's time."
