Former Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 housemate Pinoy Big Brother Fred Moser has firmly denied rumors linking him to a supposed wealthy gay sponsor, addressing the issue publicly for the first time.

In an interview with showbiz columnist Ogie Diaz, Fred responded to online speculation claiming that a rich benefactor allegedly supported him during his stint inside the PBB house, particularly during nomination voting.

"First of all, I heard (sa) social media na may jowa daw ako'ng bading. I would like to address that it's not even true," Fred said.

The rumor reportedly gained traction after some viewers speculated that someone was spending heavily to keep him safe from eviction. However, Fred stressed that the claims are baseless and unfair.

"Hindi ako against doon sa LGBTQ. Actually, support ako. Hindi ko sila dini-discriminate. Pero me personally, I wouldn't do that just for someone to support me. Gusto ko talaga umangat in my own way," he added.

Fred also explained that housemates inside the PBB house are completely unaware of outside events, including social media discussions and public opinion while the show is ongoing.

"It's bad na you can just accuse someone without hearing his side of the story. So I feel like I don't owe an explanation to anyone because I know to myself that it's not true," he explained.

During the same conversation, Fred and fellow housemate Rave Victoria clarified that both entered the competition single and had no romantic relationships prior to joining. They emphasized that they are single by choice.

Fred exited the competition last January alongside Kapuso actor Clifford. Inside the house, he was known as “Courtside Charmer ng Albay,” and was also linked by fans to Sparkle star Princess Aliyah during his stay.
