Actor Mark Herras has spoken out against online claims suggesting he is unemployed, saying the allegations are false and based on misinterpreted social media posts.

In a series of statements on Facebook, Herras criticized individuals who, according to him, used his emotional content to create misleading narratives for views.
“FYI sa mga basta may ma ipost lang kung ano anong storya ang [ginagawa] basta may ma content lang wag kayong g---!!!,” says Herras in a Facebook post.
He followed this by clarifying the context of a video where he appeared to be crying.

“‘Yung post ko na umiiyak eh tungkol sa personal na problema! Wag kayong t---- at mahilig gumawa ng kwento para lang sa content nyo!!!” says the actor.
Herras stressed that reports claiming he was emotional due to a lack of work were inaccurate.
“[P]ara sa mga [gumagawa] ng storya na umiiyak ako dahil wala akong trabaho wag kayong t----! Maghanap kayo ng ibang macocontent wag ako mga i-----!!!,” says Herras.
He added that he is currently involved in projects with GMA Network and other platforms, contradicting assertions that he has no professional engagements.
The controversy comes amid heightened online attention following social media activity involving Herras and his wife, actress Nicole Donesa. Netizens noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram, sparking speculation that they may be facing personal issues.
