On a guesting with her husband Alvin Aragon on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Tuesday, Izzy shared that she came straight from a live selling event for her luxury bags before heading to the concert. Before attending, she sought Alvin’s permission, who initially hesitated.

“Kasi hindi madali eh. Nu’ng sinabi niya sa akin na mag-share siya ng love ni Jesus sa concert. Sa akin, hindi madali ‘yun na decision. Ang dami kasing tao eh… Tapos, magsasalita. Hindi madali, ‘Teka lang, Hon.’ So, pinag-pray ko muna. Tapos nag-devotion ako. Na-convince ako na ito guidance ng Panginoon sa kaniya. ‘O sige, hon. I support you. Sige kung gusto mong um-attend, umattend ka,’” said Alvin.

“Of course, andoon ‘yung feeling na na parang wow, ito ‘yung mga kasama ko before. And andoon ‘yung longing… ‘Yung feeling mo na, ito ‘yung kasama ko for the longest time. Happy ako na nakikita ko silang nagpe-perform,” she said.

Izzy became emotional when invited on stage, recalling the tears she could not hold back.

“Sobrang ‘yung heart ko, talagang nag-uumapaw na na-miss ko ‘tong mga to… I love them so much, Tito Boy,” she shared.

She also missed the group’s signature hugs.

“Talagang feel na talagang miss each other,” she said.

Alvin expressed his support, noting that he wanted to be present for his wife’s decision.

The Sexbomb Girls’ reunion shows began in December and continue with multiple performances at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, with Round 6 and a world tour planned.

Izzy Trazona was a key member of the SexBomb Dancers, the Philippines’ iconic girl group of the 2000s. Sofia Trazona, eldest child of SexBomb member Izzy Trazona, revealed on social media that she no longer sees her mother due to fears of personal rejection. The estrangement follows a 2023 disagreement when Izzy said her religious beliefs prevented her from supporting Sofia’s path, including her public transition. Sofia avoids family reunions to protect her mental health and stay away from “dark places” of the past. Despite the distance, she continues to honor her mother’s professional legacy while seeking acceptance and validation.

Last year, Izzy Trazona opened up about the emotional challenges of homeschooling her three daughters, admitting the responsibility can sometimes be overwhelming. She was deeply touched by one daughter’s essay expressing a heartfelt love for the Bible and its influence on her daily life. Reading it reinforced Izzy’s belief that her primary mission is to guide her children’s spiritual growth and relationship with God. She shared that witnessing their spiritual milestones brings fulfillment far greater than fame, wealth, or academic achievements.
