Sofia revealed that Izzy has become very selective with her appearances to ensure they align with her current values. “Honestly, nagkaroon din ng event before yung 'Beyond Zero' na nag-guest din si Mama and hindi Siya nagtuloy because of her beliefs kasi ayaw nya na ma-associate yung name niya sa Sexbomb kasi she believe na hindi okay yung pananamit,” Sofia shared.
The young artist, who has been making waves of her own, made it clear that there is no bad blood between them regarding these decisions. “For me, I totally respect her decision. Kasi religious na sya,” she added. Sofia’s mature take on the situation highlights a bridge of understanding between her mother’s legacy as a dancer and her current life as a woman of faith.
