As the face of a major liquor brand’s 2026 calendar, Ashley revealed that she is personally distributing her calendars to ensure they reach the most iconic of "calendar girl" locations: the local guardhouses, barangay halls, and neighborhood basketball courts.
During a recent appearance on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the Sang’gre star shared the amusing reality of her new role.

The actress noted that she has already started her mission by gifting copies to the security personnel at the GMA Network headquarters.
In her signature humorous style, she quipped that she hopes the gesture earns her some "VIP treatment," such as guaranteed parking spots, since the guards can no longer deny knowing who she is.
While the distribution method is lighthearted, Ashley’s journey to becoming a calendar girl was actually a product of intentional manifestation.
She recounted how the idea took root during an episode of her podcast, Chicks 2 Go. While discussing their "Why Not List," the actress expressed a desire to follow in the footsteps of veterans like Carmi Martin.
"Meron kasi kaming episode sa ‘Chicks 2 Go’ podcast. So, meron kaming ‘Bakit Hindi List.’ So, sabi ko lang, parang gusto kong maging calendar girl kasi not everyone gets that opportunity and I think it would be so fun. And inspired by Tita Carmi Martin. So, ayun. Sabi ko lang, parang gusto kong maging calendar girl. Tapos narinig ng brand. And kinuha nila ako. So, now, ayan na siya," she explained.
Her words caught the attention of the brand, leading to a partnership that she believes arrived at the perfect stage of her life and career.
"Hindi ko naman in-expect. As in, wala lang ‘yan. I wasn't expecting anything naman. And after two years din ata, or a year after that episode," she added.
Beyond her duties as a brand ambassador, Ashley continues to make waves in the acting world.
She is currently part of the highly anticipated fantasy series Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre, where she portrays the character "Batis ng Katotohanan" (Spring of Truth).
Ashley’s ability to balance her serious acting commitments with her comedic persona on talk shows continues to endear her to fans.
By embracing the grassroots distribution of her own calendars, she bridges the gap between a high-fashion brand ambassador and a relatable personality who enjoys the quirkier side of Filipino culture.
