According to Garcia, the experience remains surreal, especially considering the doubts they carried while planning the show.
Reflecting on the emotional journey, she wrote, “Hanggang ngayon umiiyak pa din ako hindi ko alam sobrang saya ng puso ko.”
She went on to explain that although people often said the group was extremely popular in the past, the members themselves never fully felt that level of fame.

“Lagi nila sinasabi na sobrang sikat kami dati, pero hindi namin naramdaman yun,” she added.
Garcia admitted the concert was a major risk for them.
“Sugal itong ginawa naming concert, kahit kami nag doubt kung kakayanin pa namin,” she shared.
The SexBomb Girls successfully mounted performances at both the Araneta Coliseum and the Mall of Asia Arena.
On the second night, the group surprised fans by announcing that an additional concert date would be added, with details to be revealed soon.
Garcia also acknowledged the role of faith in their success.
“Lord thank you kasi alam namin na tinulungan mo kami dito binigay mo yung mga tamang tao sa amin,” she expressed.
During the concert, it was revealed that the members themselves produced the event after no producers initially agreed to take part.
Calling the reunion one of her happiest moments, Garcia opened up about how she once believed their dancing chapter had already ended.
“Tuwing nakakakita ako ng mga concert na punong puno ng mga tao, naiisip ko kung paano kami dati 'Ganyan din kami nuon',” she wrote.
She reflected on how the group had gone their separate ways without closure or a final performance together.
Toward the end of her post, Garcia expressed deep gratitude to everyone who supported the concert, especially her fellow members.
“Sa SB Girls sobrang thank you hindi mabubuo ito kung wala kayo,” she said, emphasizing their efforts despite having no talent fee.
She concluded with a triumphant message, “MARAMING SALAMAT SA LAHAT! WE DID IT.”
The SexBomb Girls were formed in 1999 under the guidance of choreographer Joy Cancio and are widely regarded as pioneers in the evolution of Pinoy Pop. They first rose to prominence as the energetic dance group on the long-running noontime show Eat Bulaga! before successfully reinventing themselves as a full-fledged music and acting group. With their catchy novelty songs and high-energy performances, the group quickly became a dominant presence in Philippine pop culture and entertainment.
In an earlier report by KAMI, Jopay Paguia addressed long-standing rumors of a feud with fellow member Rochelle Pangilinan during her appearance on Toni Talks. She clarified that there was never any real conflict between them and shared that their relationship has always been sisterly. While she acknowledged that disagreements did happen at times, she stressed that these were never about popularity or fame. Jopay also emphasized that success did not change any of them and that the group remained grounded despite their widespread popularity.
Meanwhile, Sugar Mercado recently took to Instagram to share throwback photos featuring her former SexBomb Girls teammates. In a heartfelt caption, she reflected on their strong bond, personal growth, and the different paths their lives have taken over the years. The post also included images from a recent SexBomb concert and their guest appearance on Rainbow Rumble. In addition, Sugar opened up about her journey as a single mother and her achievement as Mrs. Universe Philippines 2025, highlighting how her experiences have shaped her both personally and professionally.
