Actor and former Eat Bulaga host Anjo Yllana has reached a breaking point after Cristy Fermin did not allow him to guest on her radio program, CFM. The show airs daily except weekends and is under Radyo Singko, a sister company of TV5. Anjo took to TikTok to express his frustration, directing his message straight to Manny V. Pangilinan, or MVP, the owner of MediaQuest Ventures which oversees TV5 and other major businesses.

According to Anjo, he simply wants to appear on the program so he can defend himself from what he described as continuous attacks from Cristy Fermin. His recent controversies stem from his statements about Senator Tito Sotto, which sparked strong reactions in the entertainment community. “MVP, nananawagan ako sa inyo… panay paninira sa akin ng mga tauhan n’yo diyan tulad ni (Ate) Cristy Fermin. Paano ko ipaliliwanag ang side ko kung ayaw niya akong i-guest?” he said during one of his emotional TikTok videos.
Anjo accused the network of being unfair for not giving him a platform to explain his side. He argued that if he is constantly being criticized on air, he should at least be allowed a chance to respond. At one point during his livestream, Anjo turned to someone off camera and asked about his follower count. He proudly mentioned that he had already reached six million followers. The number seemed to boost his confidence before he released a stronger statement directed at MVP.
This was when he issued a warning. “Pag ganyan din lang ang istasyon n’yo, sasabihin ko sa lahat ng mga followers ko na huwag nang manood sa TV5 dahil one-sided kayo!” he said, insisting that he will use his online reach to call out what he believes is biased treatment.
