Gladys shared how disheartening it is to witness corruption continue for so long, particularly as a taxpayer and a parent.
She said she often wonders what lies ahead for her children if issues like these persist.
“Katulad ng may nakikita kang hindi na naman tapos na kalye… Masyadong ng matagal yung ganitong nangyayari,” she pointed out, calling the situation a “domino effect” that affects everyone.
“Nakakalungkot bilang magulang… Hanggang sa pumanaw na kami at yung mga anak nalang namin? Ganun pa rin ba?” she asked, expressing deep concern about the future.
Despite the frustration, Gladys remains hopeful. She emphasized the importance of prayer, believing it can help guide leaders and inspire solutions.
“Para pagpaliwanagin yung isip ng mga taong makakatulong sa atin… Unti-unti sana maibsan at sana magawan na ng solusyon,” she said.
