Kapuso hunk actor Jak Roberto expressed that he is willing to be friends again with his former girlfriend, Barbie Forteza.

In the latest episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Friday, October 10, the host asked Jak if he and Barbie are now friends after their breakup.

The actor replied that he’s open to it. He said he’s always remained friends with his exes and doesn’t hold grudges.

For him, there’s no reason to dwell on the past.

Jak also shared that he and Barbie already talked once after they broke up in January.

According to him, it happened during GMA’s 75th anniversary celebration.

He recalled seeing her behind him, reading a script. When she finished talking to someone, he approached her to say hello.

He added that Barbie congratulated him on his current show, and he also congratulated her on her movie and other projects.

The short exchange made him feel lighter and helped him find closure.

Jak and Barbie were together for seven years before they decided to part ways earlier this year.

Their breakup surprised many fans, but both have remained professional and respectful toward each other since then.

For Jak, being at peace and keeping things positive is what matters most as he continues his journey in showbiz and life.
