BINI’s Maloi Ricalde received strong support from Blooms after she opened up about her health condition.

Before the start of the “BINIverse World Tour,” the group underwent medical consultations, where it was found that Maloi has Polycystic Ovary Syndrome or PCOS.

She admitted that she once wished to never have PCOS, even saying she would rather lose her material belongings than be diagnosed with it.

The revelation made her emotional, as she shared the story in a BINI documentary episode.

Many fans quickly defended her, explaining that PCOS is not something to be mocked. They said it can affect both physical and mental health, and it’s unfair to invalidate someone’s pain.

Some reminded others that PCOS cannot be cured and can lead to serious conditions if not properly managed.

Others expressed disappointment over the lack of empathy online, saying that people should show more understanding instead of judgment.

Maloi later expressed her gratitude to everyone who showed kindness. She said she felt humanized by opening up about a topic that’s often considered taboo.

According to the World Health Organization, PCOS is a long-term condition that affects many women and needs continuous medical care.

While there’s no permanent cure yet, symptoms can be managed through proper treatment and healthy lifestyle changes.
