The seasoned host reflected on the highs and lows of her two decades in the industry, her philosophy in hosting, and how she continues to grow both personally and professionally.

Bianca admitted that hosting, though it may seem effortless on screen, is often demanding.

“But when you go through the 20 years, ang daming mga curve balls ang hindi mo naman ineexpect na mangyayari,” she said.

She described it as “the road less traveled,” noting that very few artists commit exclusively to hosting.

Despite her long career, she acknowledged the uncertainty that comes with it.

“Although, I have other things I do outside the television, ayon talaga ang fall back ko. It’s more of mayroon pa bang next na pwede ako mapasama,” she explained.

For Bianca, creative fulfillment comes from exploring multiple outlets.

“Kailangan marami kang ginagawa. Hindi lang dahil sa ekonomiya na ito pero dahil sa creative fulfillment mo rin, growth para you can keep on learning,” she shared.

She also revealed that she is still unlearning the strict expectations once placed on hosts, learning instead to “embrace imperfections” and connect more authentically with audiences.

Beyond television, Bianca continues her podcast *Paano Ba ‘To?* and expressed her desire to finish a long-delayed second book, following the 10th anniversary of the brand.
