Veteran actress and Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla was spotted at the Cebu Provincial Capitol to personally hand out assistance to victims of the recent earthquake in Bogo City.

The tremor struck on Tuesday night, September 30.

The official Facebook page of Cebu Province confirmed her visit on October 1.

In the post, officials shared that Zsa Zsa donated ready-to-eat food packs and cash aid for affected families.

They described her action as a show of solidarity with Cebuanos during a difficult time.

Zsa Zsa also turned to Instagram, where she shared posts and stories calling on the public to extend help to Cebu.

Through her platform, she encouraged more people to open their hearts and contribute in any way they can.

According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), the quake struck at 9:59 p.m. with an initial magnitude of 6.7, later revised to 6.9.

The epicenter was traced 17 kilometers northeast of Bogo City at a depth of 10 kilometers.

Reports showed that the quake was felt at Intensity III in San Fernando, Cebu, and Intensity II in Laoang, Northern Samar.

Instrumental intensities recorded stronger shaking, reaching Intensity VI in Cebu City and Villaba, Leyte.

Because of the damage and impact, Bogo City was placed under a state of calamity.

Relief efforts continue as officials and volunteers work together to support the victims.
