During his guesting on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Crawford shared the bittersweet story of his absence, which he says has since become a running joke with their eldest son, Amari.

Crawford explained that the birth of their new son, Austin, happened much faster than they had anticipated.

While Coleen had planned to have a water birth, similar to how she welcomed Amari, the baby arrived before she could even make it to the birthing pool.

"Hindi na siya umabot sa pool. Hindi na umabot, actually pati ako hindi umabot," Crawford confessed to a visibly sympathetic Boy Abunda. "I wasn't there when Austin was born. I was on the airplane on my way back home."

The surprise birth left Crawford feeling a mix of joy and regret. He described the rapid turn of events, recalling the text messages he received from Coleen's cousin.

He was initially told that Coleen was about to go into labor. "Twelve, 24 hours more for that," he thought to himself, but just a few minutes later, he received another text: "Ate gave birth." Crawford admitted, "So 'yun 'yung hindi ko alam kung anong gagawin ko but I just feel so happy Tito Boy, so blessed."

Crawford candidly shared how his eldest son, Amari, who will turn five soon, has not let him forget the moment he missed.

"Si Amari hindi niya ako tinantanan na araw-araw niya sinasabihan, 'You weren't there when Austin was born.' Oo kaya masakit, masakit magsalita ang anak ko,'" Crawford said jokingly, though he added that his son's words sting a little.

In a touching moment, Crawford also mentioned an un-uploaded video where Amari is looking for him while his mom is in labor.

In the video, Amari looks at the camera and asks, "Where's Billy?" Crawford noted how his son's formal address of "Billy" instead of "Daddy" made the absence even more poignant.

He added, with a hint of humor, that he now has to fix his "disconnection" with Amari.

Throughout the interview, Crawford expressed immense admiration for his wife's strength and resilience.

"That woman has given up everything, sacrificed her entire life for our kids and for me, especially, kaya 'yung support system ko, I have to do and I have to be more for her and for them," he said, praising Coleen's dedication to their family.
