Comedy duo Mike "Pekto" Nacua and John Feir shared their tips for couples on how to maintain a strong relationship.

During their guesting on the vodcast “Your Honor,” Pekto explained that marriage works best with give and take.

He admitted that married life can be tough, especially during the stage when couples often argue, but said it is something all couples go through.

According to him, as the years go by, partners eventually learn from mistakes and avoid doing things that could upset one another.

He advised couples to stop repeating the same mistakes and to be more considerate of each other’s wants and needs.

John, on the other hand, emphasized that making mistakes in marriage only causes stress and takes away peace of mind.

He said the best way to deal with it is to always be honest. He added that it is important to tell the truth, especially when asking permission or explaining where you are going.

As comedians, John also pointed out the importance of humor in relationships.

He explained that a relationship should not always be serious, and laughter helps keep the bond lighter and happier.

Pekto agreed, adding that couples should enjoy joking around and not take everything too heavily.

The two are well-loved for their tandem as Cookie and Belly in the Kapuso comedy show “Nuts Entertainment.”
