"Of course. It manifests in being so unproductive: doing the absolute bare minimum and using every free minute I get by watching a stupid TV show because I don't want to be alone with my thoughts AND I want time to move faster because 'what's the point????' hehe. Too real?" she wrote, explaining how anxiety sometimes leads her to distract herself instead of confronting them.

Saab went on to share that it took her some time to recognize the signs of anxiety, but she has since learned to process them. "It took me awhile to become aware of these signs but now, whenever I catch myself, I know to process my feelings. I allow myself to feel scared and cry if I need to. Then I make a choice. It's inevitable that I will leave this world. Do I leave my family with memories of an anxious and sad mom or do I leave them with as much love and laughter to remember me by?" she told the netizen, with her honesty and raw note earning praise online.
