Rosmar Tan went on Facebook to search for the "real hero" in the viral rescue video.

On her Facebook account, Rosemarie Tan Pamulaklakin revealed that the true hero was BERNIE LIGUTAN.

The viral video spread yesterday, showing a young boy accidentally slipping and getting swept away by strong floodwaters in Batasan Hills, Quezon City.

In her post, Rosmar praised Ligutan, saying he was the real hero for saving the boy even though they didn’t know each other.

Tan asked the netizens about the whereabouts of Ligutan, because she wants to give him a cellphone and cash, so that he could start his own business.
