Through a post on Threads, Rica offered a glimpse into her thoughts—sharing how her coping has evolved over the years, especially after experiencing some of life's most painful moments.
"I have reached that point where I really feel like hindi ko na kaya pa ng great loss muna. Dati lahat kaya ko. Wala ko nararamdaman. Power through ang drama," Rica wrote, describing how she once approached hardship with emotional endurance and resilience by 'powering through.'
However, things have changed after enduring one painful loss after another, admitting her heart is no longer the same like before, "But after 3 miscarriages, losing father, losing sister, nanghingi na muna ako kay Lord ng pahinga kasi parang bibigay na yung puso ko. Hindi ko na kaya mawalan."
