"14 months postpartum, I decided to slowly work on myself again and I asked Dra. @victoria_belo if we could do lipo on my arms since it's always been a problem area. Luckily she was super supportive and said yes!" the actress wrote.

Three months later, Pauleen expressed her joy over her transformation and the healthy habits she's developed along the way. "3 months after, with consistent movement, and exercise, and eating wisely plus Belo's 360 Arm Lipo, I'm slowly achieving the weight that I want. And finally, I can wear sleeveless!" she said, celebrating a milestone that many mothers could also relate to.
