Ivana elaborated further, sharing personal details about their history with the property.
“Alam mo hindi ako ganun kagaling gumawa ng istorya na kung saan ako lumaki ba, kinwento ko talaga kung saan kami lumaki. At kaya wala naman talagang litrato ako doon. Ba't akong maglagay ng litrato mo kami nakatira doon. Lahat g story na sinabi ko doon talaga kami lumaki.”
She went on to explain why the house is currently being sold.
“The reason why we're selling it is because 5 years after renovation walang nakatira, nabubulok lang yung bahay and until now, every week may nag-o-open ng aircon twice a week. Ang hirap ng maintenance and I don't see myself living in Bahrain. Either America ako or Pilipinas.”
The video earned praise from her followers for her honesty and transparency. Many also expressed admiration for how Ivana openly addresses issues and clears up misinformation.

Congressman-elect Albee Benitez rejects his estranged wife Nikki Lopez-Benitez’s allegations of economic and psychological abuse under RA 9262, calling them baseless and timed after his 2024 annulment filing. Benitez’s lawyer claims all marital assets—including luxury homes and shares—were funded by Benitez but registered under Nikki’s name; he also allegedly supported her and her family for over 20 years. The inclusion of a third-party in the complaint was condemned by the mayor's camp as an attempt to manipulate public opinion and sensationalize the issue. Benitez’s legal team says the disclosure of unrelated individuals may violate Section 44 of RA 9262, which mandates confidentiality in such cases.
In another report, Congressman Javi Benitez, the son of Albee and Nikki Benitez, finally issued his official statement about the current issue of his parents. On Facebook, Cong. Benitez said he didn't really want to talk about it, but he found issuing his statement about the issue inevitable. Despite the issue, Javi wanted his parents to somehow understand each other, not only as husband and wife, but also as their parents. Because of the issue, Javi is hopeful to find true love, something that's not measured by money or status in life.
