The tension escalates as the resident argues she has already built a home there.
“Eh, paano na yung ipinatayo kong bahay? Saan kami titira ngayon?”
The landowner, however, stands his ground, replying, “Hindi ko na ho problema ‘yon, dahil alam n'yo nang mali, itinuloy nyo pa.”
The exchange highlights the emotional and legal complexities of land disputes.
The resident insists that the place has grown dear to them and challenges the owner’s timing.
“Napamahal na sa amin ang lugar na ito. Porke nakatayo na ang bahay ko dito, ngayon kayo maghahabol?”
The owner replies bluntly, “Kahit daanin pa natin sa korte, talo ho kayo. Hindi po kayo ang legal na may-ari, ako po!”
This post by Ogie may have drawn mixed reactions online, with many empathizing with both sides.
