Janine Gutierrez posted an affectionate Mother’s Day greeting for her mom, Lotlot de Leon, on Sunday, May 11.

In a sweet Instagram post, the Kapamilya actress shared a carousel of photos displaying some of her and her siblings’ precious moments with Lotlot.

Along with the set of snapshots, Janine penned a short yet earnest message for her mom.

“I love you so much mama, happy mother's day,” she fondly told Lotlot.

Meanwhile, in the comments section, it could be noticed that Lotlot penned a heartwarming reply to her beloved daughter. The veteran actress also reiterated her love for Janine and expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Kapamilya star.

“Love you anak. Thank you for everything you do for me and our family. Grateful for you always my baby,” Lotlot told Janine.

Janine Gutierrez is a celebrated Filipina actress, television host, and model. Hailing from a prominent showbiz lineage, she is the daughter of Ramon Christopher Gutierrez and Lotlot de Leon. Her acting career commenced in 2011 with GMA Network, where she gained recognition through various television roles. In 2021, she transitioned to ABS-CBN, starring in notable series such as Marry Me, Marry You and Dirty Linen. Jericho Rosales has recently confirmed his romantic relationship with Janine, with the actor making a public declaration during his tribute to the late singer and Janine’s grandma, Pilita.

Earlier, Lotlot has taken to social media to post an open letter to Nora’s fans, referred to as Noranians. On Instagram Stories on Monday, May 5, Lotlot shared the letter, where she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Noranians for the love and support they have given to her adoptive mother. She went on to reiterate her and her siblings’ love for the late Superstar of Philippine cinema’s supporters. Lotlot concluded her letter with an earnest closing message.

It can be recalled that Nora, also known as the Superstar of Philippine cinema passed away on April 16, 2025. She was 71 years old. Nora was a celebrated Filipino actress, singer, and producer. In 1975, Nora married fellow actor Christopher de Leon. They have one biological son, Ian de Leon, and adopted four children: Lotlot, Matet, Kiko, and Kenneth de Leon.
