Little Preston died on April 24, 2025, following a car accident.
The incident took place in Louisiana, where their car reportedly "veered off the roadway and struck a tree."
Authorities said that Preston was "seated in the rear but improperly restrained in a child safety seat."
However, Preston's grandfather refuted the claims and said a witness was able to confirm that the little boy was secured.
The TikTok childstar was with his parents, Katelynn and Jaelan Ordone, when the incident happened. All three of them were rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention.
On April 27, two individuals who were believed to be close to the family posted a video on Katelynn's (Preston's mother) Instagram and said:
"Their truck veered to the right off the interstate and struck a tree, and unfortunately, Preston didn’t make it," Brielle (a family friend) said. She also said that Katelynn has "multiple broken bones."
Meanwhile, Jaelan (Preston's dad), had to undergo emergency surgery on one of his legs.
A GoFundMe page was created to help cover the family’s medical bills and recovery.
Authorities are still investigating the incident.

Preston Ordone, also known as the "Okay Baby" on TikTok, was a two-year-old who captured the hearts of many with his charming videos shared by his parents, Katelynn and Jaelen Ordone. His adorable expressions and playful moments, especially with his sister Paisley Anne, gained a large following on social media.
In a previous local report by KAMI, a family of three was mercilessly shot and killed inside their store in Barangay Mallorca, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija. Caught by CCTV, three men entered their store, closed the roll up door, and shot the entire family to death. Before fleeing, one of the suspect even grabbed a bag and mobile phone from the suspects. In a report by Gary De Leon of TV 5's 'Frontline Pilipinas,' the family started getting threats after lending P1-M to one of the residents of their barangay; allegedly using the money for business.
In another viral local report, a 51-year-old public teacher in Las Piñas City was stabbed multiple times by her own husband. According to the report of EJ Gomez in 'Unang Balita,' the 38-year-old suspect committed the crime inside the school's faculty room. Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school. The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
