"It's been so helpful having extra hands to help with Anya especially since we're one man down in our household. One of our ates needed to go home for 2 weeks because her daughter was graduating," Iya wrote.

For Iya, who juggles parenting duties with a busy career, every helping hand counts for her.

She went on to reflect on how having someone to assist with Anya has eased her daily routine.

"Having extra help means I have a better chance of attending to my other kids and can get more things done rather than constantly carrying Anya around with me. Especially at a time like this, when we want to train her to be put down more. Having someone help with that takes the stress off me and frees me from the feeling of being unproductive," she admitted to her fans online.

In a separate Instagram Story, Iya also shared another glimpse into her parenting approach, this time touching on her son Astro's needs and him being clingy towards his momma as well.

"I don't want to commit to getting another kasambahay cause honestly I don't think we need it BUT what we do need is to buy Astro some time to mature a little more and outgrow being so clingy," she revealed on social media.

She continued by highlighting the unique challenges of managing the age gap between her kids.

"So far, Astro shows so much affection for Anya but he also has moments of wanting me. This 2.5-year age gap turned out to be harder than the 2-year age gap Primo-Astro all had," she confessed.

Ultimately, Iya emphasized the impact that a little help can make—not just for the baby, but for the mom too, "Having this extra help for now really is a blessing. I see it as part of my postpartum package. Getting extra help in those first few months of a new baby does wonders to mama's recovery.
