In the Q&A, one follower asked, "How do you maintain being beautiful and a working mom at the same time? Hehe," prompting to Trina give credit where credit was truly due in her now-viral post.
"Because of Ate Shiela (Mithi's nanny). Mahirap mag-ayos pag walang help ng ibang tao," she said.

Trina went on to admit that she feels like she doesn't give enough recognition to the people who make her life more manageable, particularly as a working mother, "Paulit-ulit ako, pero I feel like kulang yung recognition na binibigay ko sa mga taong naghe-help sakin to make my life easier."
Beyond that, Trina also responded to the compliment about her appearance with much honesty.
"To be honest, most of the time, I don't feel beautiful," she wrote before opening up about how compliments used to make her uncomfortable, admitting that she used to think people were teasing her, but now, she's come to embrace the idea that beauty is, indeed, subjective as well.
"Before, IDK how to respond or to react pag pinupuri ako, I feel like pinagtitripan lang ako. Pero as I grow older, I realized [na] subjective nga talaga ang beauty, depende sa tumitingin sayo," she explained, offering a refreshingly honest take on self-perception and confidence.
As for why she opted to cover Ate Shiela’s face in the post, Trina clarified, "I covered her face because I'm not sure if okay kay Ate na i-post siya," showing respect for her nanny's privacy.
