"Just when I thought... 'Is this the part of grieving that they say gets really depressing and lonely?'" Dina began as she described the quiet moments when she found herself alone with her thoughts.
"When it is so quiet, you're alone in your thoughts and reminiscing the past years and wishing that you did what you could have done, but have not, and wishing your spouse didn't have to leave so soon?" the veteran actress then continued in her heartbreaking online post about grieving.

Halfway through her post, the actress shared a deeply personal conversation she had with God.
"I was talking to God and asking Him so many questions on guidance, my future, my purpose, and when I would laugh to my heart’s content again. Wishing I could smell the flowers and bask in His beautiful creations once again."
Despite the pain of grieving, Dina found comfort in a touching gesture from those around her.
She revealed that while she was in the midst of these emotions, she received an unexpected surprise—a meaningful reminder that she was not alone, delighting many of her fans online.
"Suddenly these wonderful things were brought up to my room! These brought tears to my eyes, realizing God heard me and that the people I least expect to spend for me did make an effort to gift me with these precious gifts!" she wrote.
The actress also shared that among the surprises were tulips—her favorite flowers, which she hadn't received since her husband’s passing this year, on January 7, due to abdominal aneurysm.
