On Instagram, Dianne uploaded several photos and videos from their groundbreaking ceremony.

According to Dianne, they attended the groundbreaking of their new beach house, Casa Ilustre, thanking the Lord for the blessing.

"New Investment. Groundbreaking of our Beach House — Casa Ilustre. Thank you, Lord, for blessing us more than we deserve! We offer everything to you!" she wrote.

"Thank you @capslockconstruction and Engineer Jopher Capiral for turning our dream beach home/air bnb business into reality. Thank you Architect Kristine Jaymalin @kristinajaymalin for always helping us ( she’s our architect to all our construction projects) and to our ID @marlavelle"
