Melai Cantiveros recently went viral after a behind-the-scenes video featuring the actress voicing 'Cookie' in the romantic-comedy film, My Love Will Make You Disappear, was posted online.
On Wednesday, March 19, Star Cinema shared the clip, showcasing Melai's dynamic voice acting skills as she brings life to 'Cookie,' the pet of Kim Chiu's character, Sari, in the rom-com movie.

The video quickly garnered attention, with fellow celebrities praising Melai's performance.
Kim, who stars alongside Paulo Avelino in the 2025 film, commented humorously in the viral video of Star Cinema, with her comment earning likes, "Miga ma bungkag tag katawa ani ba!"

Enchong Dee, a well-known Kapamilya actor, even lauded the comedian as the "comedy queen and soon-to-be box office Cookie!" to which Melai replied, "Hahahaha hoay partner, miss you."
Chie Filomeno also expressed admiration in the comment section, stating, "Napaka-cute at galing po ng Cookie na yan," with Melai responding, "Aww, salamat, Chie. Ka-sweet mo naman ui."
In the comments, netizens were also genuinely amused by Melai's heartfelt performance.

My Love Will Make You Disappear, directed by Chad Vidanes, is set to premiere this month.
The film tells the story of Sari, portrayed by Kim Chiu, a woman who believes she's cursed as all her boyfriends mysteriously disappear, and Jolo, played by Paulo Avelino, a troubled landlord.
In the film, Melai, lends her voice to 'Cookie,' adding a comedic flair to the film's narrative.
