Lolit Solis, a veteran showbiz columnist and talent manager, recently took to Instagram to express her admiration for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s handling of the nation’s challenges, particularly in light of the recent developments surrounding former President Rodrigo Duterte.

Manay Lolit lauded PBBM’s “cool attitude” in the face of numerous pressing issues, emphasizing his ability to maintain focus and stability.
“Kahit na ano pa mangyari I Salute PBBM for his cool attitude sa dami ng mga problema na hinaharap niya,” Manay Lolit said in her post.

This commendation comes at a time when the political landscape is particularly charged, with the arrest and subsequent legal proceedings concerning Duterte dominating headlines.
The columnist also referenced Undersecretary Honey Rose's appeal for prayers for the President, acknowledging the weight of the responsibilities he carries.
“Request nga ni Usec Honey Rose na ipagdasal ang ating Presidente Bongbong Marcos sa mga hinaharap nitong problema,” she said.
Lolit echoed this sentiment, urging the public to support the government and its leaders during these “trying times.”
She underscored the importance of placing trust in those at the helm, expressing confidence that with collective support, the nation will navigate its challenges successfully.
“Talagang mabuti na lang matatag at meron focus ito kaya kahit anong problema kinakaya pa,” the veteran columnist said.
Solis also mentioned the presence of First Lady Liza Marcos as a supportive partner to the president. The first ladys presence is often seen as a source of strength for the president.
“Mabuti din na nandiyan si FL Liza na katuwang niya sa pagharap ng problema. At tulad ng paki usap ni Usec Honey Rose ipagdasal natin ang gobyerno at mga leaders natin. Trying times ang hinaharap natin,” she added.
