Julia Barretto, a Filipina actress, just made her fans gush after greeting her boyfriend, Gerald Anderson, on his birthday this year.

On Friday, March 7, Julia took to Instagram to upload a series of photos she took with her partner through the years as a lovely couple.

In the photos, Julia managed to give everyone a glimpse at their happy and private relationship.

However, what tugged at the hearts of netizens was her short but filled-with-love note for Gerald.

"The kindest, most selfless person. Happy birthday, love," the actress-vlogger wrote in her now-viral online post on her main account.

Previously, the couple also made headlines when they went to Hanoi, Vietnam together as well.

It is worth recalling that in March of 2021, Gerald finally confirmed his relationship with Julia during his interview with Boy Abunda.

At one point, during Boy's one-on-one interview with him, Gerald also opened up about his 'painful' breakup with Bea Alonzo also.

"Being together we were very toxic, and hindi nirerespeto yung explanation na binibigay mo, hindi tinatanggap after months and months and months and months and months of being on the rocks at medyo away? I mean yun lang," he said.

However, after admitting their relationship, Julia's open letter to Bea back in 2019 then resurfaced.

Despite the controversy, all seems well between the two actresses after they were spotted hanging out during an event for Johnny Manahan.
