Awra Briguela sa mga 'Bronny James' comment sa kanya: "Sometimes you guys go too far"

Awra Briguela, an actress and comedian, called out the netizens who have been spamming her with 'Bronny James' comments.

On her broadcast channel on Instagram, Awra penned a series of messages questioning the motive of these netizens online.

In her online post, Awra said that she wanted to ignore these comments since she doesn't care but they go way overboard at times.

"As much as I want to ignore all the Bronny James comments—because honestly, I don't really give a F. Sometimes you guys go too far, spamming me with that comments. For what? To ruin my day or just to get noticed? Since you want attention, here you go," the Filipina actress wrote online.

She then included a bunch of screenshots of the messages she received from several netizens who were calling her 'Bronny James.'

According to Awra, she always tries to be kind but that sometimes, netizens are going way too far.

"Just because I choose to ignore things doesn't mean I don’t get hurt. This is a small reminder that everyone has their limits and boundaries. I always try to be kind and take the high road, but sometimes, some of you take things too far. If this happens again, especially from a student, I will not hesitate to report it, as I do not tolerate this kind of behavior," Awra wrote on her Instagram.

This is not the first time Awra made a headline for her posts and responses to netizens though.

In July of 2024, she answered a netizen's comment who mentioned that she is back to partying again which may lead to something.

"Awra, party party ka na naman, diyan na naman kapahamakan mo," the netizen told her, which made Awra clarify the event online.

Awra Briguela is a Filipino comedian and actress. Her popularity started when she became a part of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, where Coco Martin, the show's lead actor, personally chose her for the role. She was also the first champion for season one of the Philippine version of Your Face Sounds Familiar: Kids. In 2016, Awra's life was featured in a titular episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya.

As previously reported by KAMI, Awra Briguela recently greeted Zeinab Harake on social media. Earlier, on Instagram, Awra posted a short reel containing photos she took with Zeinab. In the photos, netizens were treated to just how close Awra is to the famous Filipina content creator.

Meanwhile, Awra Briguela posted a heartwarming video. The said video featured Ray Parks' proposal to Zeinab Harake. In the viral video, Awra managed to capture the moment Ray got down on one knee. Meanwhile, netizens were touched by Awra's caption for the newly-engaged couple.
