Lian Paz, a celebrity mom, warmed the hearts of her followers on Instagram after greeting her partner, John Cabahug, on their 12th year.
On Sunday, February 23, Lian took to the photo-sharing app to share some wonderful photos she had taken with John, delighting netizens.

In her post, Lian then penned a love-filled note for John, expressing gratitude for their 12 years.
"Happy 12 years, Leonhardt! My love! Twelve years with you have been a beautiful journey, ups and downs, pain and joy, and I am so thankful for all of it. The Lord is good for he has pursued us through growing spiritually in trials and challenges as his love has been our foundation, and through His grace, we’ve grown stronger together with each passing day!" she wrote on the app.

According to Lian, she is 'beyond grateful' for being able to navigate life with her loving partner.
"I am beyond grateful to walk this path with you, and I look forward to many more years! Here’s to us and to the Lord’s continued presence in our lives, mahal! I love you!" Lian wrote for John online.
However, this is not the first time the couple made headlines over their cute love story that made several netizens gush all over social media.
In February of 2021, Lian revealed that she and John are finally engaged, delighting many online.
"We’ve grown together as a person, a couple, and as parents. Sabi mo nga, 'Let's water each other to grow and help each other become a better person," Lian wrote in her post about her engagement.
Prior to meeting John, Lian was once in a relationship with Kapuso actor and TV host, Paolo Contis, but they parted ways after 8 years.
In an interview back in 2020, Lian briefly talked about her failed relationship with the actor.
"No relationship is perfect, siguro hindi lang po talaga kami meant for each other," she said.

Lian Paz is a former dancer who regularly appeared on the iconic noontime program, Eat Bulaga, as a member of EB Babes. She and Paolo Contis used to be in a relationship, but they broke up eight years ago. They have two children named Xonia and Xalene.
