On Instagram, Heart penned a lengthy message where she thanked her 'angels' and her husband, Chiz Escudero, for being there for her also.

"T-ina ha. Senti ako. I'm just so so thankful, grateful for everything and everyone... Di madali makaabot ng 40 ha... Life can get really hard sometimes and I'm just so so thankful to all the angels that have been sent my way (when I needed it the most)," Heart confessed in her viral post.
Halfway through her post, Heart shared that she feels overwhelmed by everyone's love for her.
