Janno Gibbs, a Filipino singer and songwriter, recently reposted a quote card of Andrea Brillantes about 'one of the curses of being pretty.'
On his Instagram, @jannolategibbs, the singer not only reposted the quote card but even reacted to it as well, writing a quick note about it.

As seen in the quote card, Andrea talked about the 'curse' of being beautiful and talked about the topic of bullying and choosing friends.
Previously, in a Star Magic Spotlight press conference, Andrea recalled the time she struggled to make friends and was bullied by others.

For Andrea, when you're 'under the curse' of being pretty, it is hard to actually recognize your own beauty because of other external factors.
"I feel like when you're under the curse, hindi mo mare-recognize that you are. Nung nursery to grade school, hirap akong magkaroon ng friends. Hirap ako makapili ng friends. Lagi nila akong binu-bully," the Kapamilya star confessed.
According to Andrea, she did not feel that she was pretty and that she felt she was not enough.
"Hindi ko talaga naramdaman na maganda ako. Hindi talaga. Yun ang sinasabi sakin. Laging [pinaparamdam] sakin na hindi ako enough for them. Hindi ako makahanap ng community sa girls," Andrea recalled during the press con.
Following this news, Janno reposted Andrea's statement and said, "I know exactly how you feel."
Earlier, the Kapamilya actress earned the top spot in TC Candler's '100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2024' which piqued the interest of netizens.
The '100 Most Beautiful Faces' by TC Candler and Independent Critics is a global beauty poll.
After topping the poll, many of her fans have been leaving positive comments on Andrea's posts.
