The beauty queens revealed that they had the fat-removal procedure at an event with celebrity doctors Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho.
In the video posted by Dra. Vicki on Instagram, the Miss Universe 2018 titleholder talked about trying lipo for the first time and discussed how the result translates to confidence for her.
“I even tried lipo for the first time here at the back of my arms. You could just see that that’s just a little thing that I did and I’m able to carry myself in a certain way because I feel that, and that translates to confidence for me,” Queen Cat opened up.

As for Celeste, she revealed that she took the procedure before flying to the United States for the Miss Universe 2022 pageant.
“It was two weeks before going to Miss Universe,” the Filipina-Italian beauty queen shared.
“It’s so funny. She told me, ‘Doktora, I have no confidence. I cannot compete because my arms are big’,” said Dra. Vicki, who also revealed that Celeste did the procedure awake and she fortunately healed three days after the surgery.
MMD, on the other hand, frankly shared she underwent lipo after she was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2023.
“I did get lipo in my back, specifically around my waist,” Michelle unveiled.
She further underscored, “As you grow, I’m sure a lot of us will realize that we have stubborn areas. Of course I tried my best to lose weight [but] then it became really stubborn, and you just need that extra love.”
