Rosemarie Tan Pamulaklakin, also known as Rosmar Tan, is no longer running for the position of councilor in the first district of Manila in this coming 2025 elections.
She has formally filed her certificate of withdrawal, as seen in a video posted by GMA News.
In an earlier report by Inquirer.net, the content creator told the news website that she would file the certificate of withdrawal today, January 30, at the Comelec headquarters in Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.

To recall, Rosmar filed her certificate of candidacy on October 1, 2024 as an independent candidate.
In an interview with the press people during her filing of COC, Rosmar said, “Sa totoo lang, tulad ng lagi ko pong sinasabi, wala naman po akong balak tumakbo dahil dagdag sakit sa ulo, dagdag obligasyon, responsibilidad... pero kasi may nag-push po sa akin 'tumakbo ka, kasi kailangan ka ng tao, kailangan nila ng tunay na pagbabago.'”
Rosmar Tan, also known as Rosemarie Tan, became known on social media for providing help to netizens, especially during the pandemic. The number of people following her social media accounts gradually grew.
In a previous report by KAMI, Rosmar shared the number of her daily expenses, which she saw as proof that her family had truly improved their financial situation. She mentioned how difficult it used to be to earn this amount from all the businesses she ventured into before. Despite this, it was worth noting that Rosmar was one of the kind-hearted individuals who helped those affected by Typhoon Carina.
Additionally, Rosmar Tan shared her new business venture, Pares Overload, priced at 100 pesos. Aside from unlimited soup and unlimited rice, customers can also enjoy unlimited swimming at her R Mansion Resort & Restobar in Calauan, Laguna. According to her post, her new business was well-received, and she plans to open another branch soon. In a Facebook post, Rosmar also announced that she would be opening a 'Rosmar Pares Overload' at R Mansion Tagaytay Resort.
