The Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 205 has partially granted the writ of habeas data filed by Vic Sotto against Darryl Yap.
According to the court ruling, Darryl and anyone acting on his behalf, including his production team, were ordered to remove a 26-second teaser video from all online platforms and social media.
The teaser was related to the film titled “The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma.”
However, the court allowed Yap to proceed with the production and eventual release of the film.

This issue arose when Vic raised concerns over the portrayal of sensitive topics in the teaser video for the upcoming film, where his name was mentioned.
