Piolo Pascual, who marked his 48th birthday on Sunday, January 12, received tons of birthday messages online.

His son, Iñigo Pascual, is among those who took to social media to greet the veteran actor.

In a couple of posts on Instagram Stories, Iñigo reiterated his love for his dear father.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY PA! Love you papa p,” Iñigo, who is currently in the US, sweetly penned.

In his other post, the young singer-actor likewise lauded this dad’s youthful look.

“Another year around the Sun. But somehow aging backwards!” Iñigo wrote.

Piolo Pascual is a Pinoy actor who appeared on TV shows like Gimik and Mara Clara during the early 90s. He rose to prominence after being paired with Judy Ann Santos, with their love team becoming the talk of the town during the early 2000s. They did four multi-awarded movies during that time — Till There Was You, Kahit Isang Saglit, Don't Give Up on Us, and Bakit Di Totohanin.

Piolo Pascual, in an interview with Toni Gonzaga, revealed it’s been 13 years since he had a lovelife. He also gave an indication that having a lovelife is not something that he yearns as he enjoys his life being solo. The premier and multi-awarded actor also joked about having forgotten what love life is all about. Piolo then gave one reason why having a lovelife is the furthest thing on his mind at the moment.
