Legal counsel ni Vic Sotto may buwelta kay Darryl Yap tungkol sa bagong post nito matapos makasuhan

The "Eat Bulaga!" host finally broke his silence after the controversies surrounding him and Darryl Yap's movie. Earlier today, he formally filed a complaint at the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court against Yap. After which, Vic entertained press people in an ambush interview and said the charges were filed with high hopes for the justice system. The original 'Eat Bulaga' host also dodged some questions from the media and left it to the hands of his lawyer, but he said, "Walang personalan ito."

Meanwhile, one of Bossing Vic's lawyer, Atty. Buko Dela Cruz, the legal counsel of Vic Sotto, issued a strong statement about Darryl Yap's recent Facebook post. The said social media post came in after Sotto filed 19 counts of cyber libel against Yap in relation to the controversial teaser of the movie “The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma.” According to Atty. Dela Cruz, freedom and rights are given to everyone, including film-making, but it doesn't give someone the right to make libelous statements. "Malaya tayongh magpahayag. Malaya tayong gumawa ng pelukula, and exemption lang, 'wag kang gagawa ng libelous statements," said Atty. Dela Cruz.
