Veteran actor-comedian Vic Sotto is set to file a case against director Darryl Yap.

Vic, together with his wife Pauleen Luna, was spotted arriving at the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

The couple’s arrival was captured in a video posted by The Philippine Star on TikTok, which showed them walking into the court building.

It is known that the controversy revolves around Yap’s upcoming movie, "The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma."

Previously, Vic's full name was mentioned in the first teaser that Daryll released.
