Andrea Brillantes, in a video published by ABS CBN News, happily expressed her gratitude to the YouTube Channel of TC Candler for choosing her as this year’s most beautiful face.

TC Candler, who is also associated with The Independent Critics, is the mover behind the annual 100 Most Beautiful Faces of the Year list, has been compiling and publishing the said list since the year 1990.

For 2024, TC Candler put Andrea at number one, and has also included several other Filipinas like Janine Gutierrez, Liza soberano, and other Pinays occupying various spots within the Top 100 list.

Among the Filipina beauties who were included in this year’s list were BINI Aiah at number 88, singer-rapper-dancer Gehlee at number 82, Ivana Alawi at number 69, Belle Mariano at number 52, Liza Soberano at 31, Janine Gutierrez at 28, and finally, Andrea occupying the top spot or number 1.

In her video message, Andrea thanked TC Candler and also expressed her hopes others would also be inspired to celebrate their own kind of beauty.

“Napakalaking honor po na maging Top 1 sa 100 Most Beautiful Faces ng TC Candler. Kaya thank you so much po sa TC Candler for this recognition at sa lahat ng sumusuporta sa akin. This isn't just about beauty. It's about confidence, uniqueness, and embracing who you are. Kaya sana ma-inspire ko po kayong lahat to celebrate your own kind of beauty. Maraming salamat po and Happy, happy New Year,” Andrea said in her video message.

Andrea Brillantes is a Filipina actress who rose to fame as a child star. Her popularity was further propelled when she played the role of Marga in the hit teleserye “Kadenang Ginto.” Along with her “Kadenang Ginto” co-stars Francine Diaz, Kyle Echarri, and Seth Fedelin, Andrea was a member of The Gold Squad. Andrea was in a romantic relationship with basketball player Ricci Rivero until their breakup around June 2023.

It can be recalled that the UK-based TC Candler recently published its 100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2024, where seven Filipina celebrities can be found occupying various positions. Among them is Andrea, who ranked first place this year. Janine Gutierrez, Liza Soberano, Belle Mariano, Ivana Alawi, and BINI Aiah Arceta are also part of the list. Gehlee Dangca, K-pop girl group UNIS’ Pinay member, is also featured.

Previously, Andrea also wowed her fans and followers on social media. Earlier, on Instagram, Andrea gave them several glimpses into her Europe trip. While in Europe, Andrea decided to visit the beautiful city of Budapest in Hungary. Needless to say, many were in awe of Andrea's gorgeous photos around the city.
