Iza Calzado recently shared her thoughts on Instagram about being part of the movie project, “The Kingdom.”

In a caption to her IG post, Iza said she was honored to be invited to be part of the project, particularly so that she loves and respects those who are behind the movie.
The actress also revealed that she immediately said yes when it was pitched to her, even if she didn’t see the script yet.
“Honored to be part of this epic film! So glad schedules and lungs cooperated so I can be part of this world that the brilliant people of The Kingdom created,” Iza said in a caption to her post.

“When it was pitched to me, I knew I had to do it because I love and respect everyone behind this film and really wanted to be part of it. Pitch pa lang, wala pang script yes na kaagad!” she added.
She then expressed her gratitude for the love showered her by the movie project’s team and for making her feel appreciated on set.
“So grateful for the team’s love and for making me feel very appreciated on set and sa credits. Didn’t ask for it but you gave it wholeheartedly. I am so kilig!” the actress wrote.
“A big bonus for me is working with my B onscreen after 10 years! Dito talaga, kilig na kilig ako!” she further said.
Near the end of her post, Iza congratulated everyone who worked for the success of the movie, adding that for her, it is a winner.
“Congratulations to everyone who worked so hard for this film, celebrating its success and I can’t wait to edit this when awards are given out tonight. In my heart, this movie is a true winner!!! ❤️❤️❤️” Iza wrote.
“The Kingdom” is one of the ten entries in the ongoing Metro Manila Film Festival.
Iza Calzado is a Filipino actress, producer, model, and television host. She is popularly known for films such as The Echo (2008), Ang Panday 2 (2011), and Bliss (2017), among many others. Over the years, she has proven to be a dominant force in the entertainment scene. She started her career in GMA-7 but signed a contract with ABS-CBN in 2012. She is married to Ben Wintle, and they have a cute and lovely daughter, Deia Amihan.
Recently, Iza also revealed the importance of showing good habits to kids. In a video she uploaded on social media, the actress was seen working out while her daughter, Deia Amihan, looks on. One can also see in the video how happy Deia is as she watches her mom go through her workout routines. In a caption, Iza shared a quote saying that children also pick up the habits of their parents, not just their looks or mannerisms.
In a previous post, Iza shared a post about her and her husband, Ben Wintle, celebrating their 6th wedding anniversary, which was on December 19. The actress then took to social media to pen a heartfelt anniversary message to her husband. In her lengthy post, Iza expressed affection and gratitude to her better half. She also thanked those who made them realize it was their anniversary yesterday.
