Rita Daniela, in a GMA News report, recently filed a reply to the counter-affidavit that was earlier filed by Archie Alemania.

It can be recalled that this all started when Rita filed an act of lasciviousness complaint against Archie.

She claimed that Archie kissed her without consent and made indecent advances towards her.

After Rita filed her complaint, Archie filed his reply through a counter-affidavit.

In this document, Archie denied all the claims made by the singer-actress in her complaint affidavit.

Just today, Rita once again went to the Bacoor Hall of Justice to file her sworn reply to the counter affidavit filed by Archie.

This coming January 7, 2025, it will be the turn of Archie to attend the ongoing preliminary investigation being conducted by a prosecutor in Bacoor City.

Only when the preliminary investigation is concluded and submitted for resolution that the complaint will be filed in court in order, if warranted, for an arrest warrant to be issued.

Rita Daniela, born Rita Daniela De Guzman Iringan, is a Filipina singer, actress, and television host. She started her career after being the first grand champion of QTV’s PopStar Kids and became more popular after portraying Aubrey Palomares in My Special Tatay. Last June, Rita announced that she was expecting a baby through an Instagram post. She gave birth to the baby last December 22. She is now a very happy mom to her little one.

Recently, Rita took to IG Stories and shared a funny quote about toddlers. The quote was talking about how toddlers would run faster when they are holding something. Rita has a cute son who is already in his toddler years. The actress is also one of the premiere actresses of the Kapuso network.
